As Vice President Finance & Administration, you will take end-to-end ownership of HTV’s financial management and corporate administration.

You will lead and continuously develop our Finance & Accounting, HR, Legal, and Administrative functions — ensuring transparency, accuracy, and financial control across a growing international group structure.

The role reports directly to the Managing Director and plays a key role in ensuring the financial integrity and scalability of one of Germany’s most promising digital health ventures.

Finance & Accounting

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and consolidation of multiple domestic and international entities
  
  

• Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
  
  

• Manage relationships with external tax advisors and auditors
  
  

• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and controls, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards
  
  

• Oversee cash management, liquidity planning, and payment processes across all entities
  
  

• Ensure accurate and efficient handling of settlements with pharmacies, suppliers, and service providers
  
  

Human Resources

• Oversee payroll and ensure compliance with applicable labor and tax regulations
  
  

• Manage external HR partners and ensure smooth coordination with accounting
  
  

• Support ongoing recruiting efforts for a rapidly growing organization and maintain a positive employee experience
  
  

Legal Affairs

• Oversee contract management processes, including supplier, service, and partner agreements
  
  

• Coordinate external legal counsel in case of disputes or complex contractual negotiations
  
  

• Ensure risk mitigation and compliance across all business activities
  
  

Administration

• Oversee office management, insurance coverage, and general administrative functions
  
  

• Ensure efficient workflows and documentation standards for all administrative processes
  
  

• Foster strong communication and alignment with internal and external stakeholders
  
  

Cross-functional collaboration

• Act as the key financial partner to other leadership roles, particularly in Marketing, Operations and Platform Management
  
  

• Provide clear and actionable financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making
  
  

• Promote a culture of accuracy, accountability, and proactive problem-solving across all administrative domains

• 8–10 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling, ideally within eCommerce, digital health, or pharma-related industries
  
  

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial consolidation, and multi-entity structures
  
  

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional administrative areas (Finance, HR, Legal, Admin)
  
  

• Hands-on, structured, and detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership
  
  

• Excellent communication skills to engage internal stakeholders and external partners effectively
  
  

• Fluent in German and English
